About Us
Experienced. 15+ years of selling in Bayside and Redlands Brisbane. We know what works and what doesn’t.
Tech background. We are ahead of the latest tech innovations. Some agents joke about not being able to use a smartphone or being a ‘dinosaur’, but there is nothing cute about being old fashioned if it results in missing your premium buyer.
Fully supported. My only responsibility is to work on the sale of your property. No distractions. In-house administration, marketing and legal means nothing is missed (or outsourced offshore).
How are we different?
Reverse team structure. It is common in real estate to have a ‘hero’ listing agent, and once the paperwork is signed you will rarely see them again unless they need more marketing money or to pressure you to drop the price of your home. The leg work is passed on to a PA or inexperienced agent. These staff are often employees who have failed as salespeople in their own right and are forced to work for another agent for a wage. Worse still, you may have the failed salesperson negotiating the buyer, and the experienced agent negotiating with you as a seller. This method is used to list more houses, not to maximise the price of yours. We are structured completely differently.
One point of contact. When you appoint Peter, you get Peter. He will attend all viewings, open homes, valuations, building and pest inspections and anything in between. All buyer enquiry goes directly to Peter. There is nothing worse than a salesperson who doesn't know their product, so why would you want anyone other than the listing agent handling your buyers? Forming a real relationship with the buyer, rather than simply being an order taker will get you a higher price. Throughout the sale process if things get difficult, or if doubt starts to creep in, both the buyer and seller have a familiar person to solve the problem and put them at ease.
Proudly independent. There is no percentage being sent down to Sydney to buy the CEO a bigger yacht and the principal doesn't sit in the office collecting a higher pay packet than the salesperson. We are able to invest this cost saving into marketing your property, support staff and leading training and mentoring.
Long term thinkers. This is a forever business. It’s not about selling one person’s home and then getting paid. It’s about doing it so well that they refer us to their family and friends and would never consider using anyone else again.
What do we do?
Shoot straight. Have you ever asked a real estate agent a question, and they talked for 10 minutes without answering it? Yes? We don’t do that.
Answer our phones. Or texts. Or emails. Or DMs. We even listen to the person on the other end. You won’t be left waiting.
Help at all stages. From a simple market update, to an insurance appraisal, to a full scale marketing campaign, we can do it all. Often the earlier you engage us the more we can help.
Adapt. Being independent allows us to be nimble. If it is best for you, we will make it happen.
What don’t we do?
Ego. We are good at what we do, but not arrogant about it. Our success has been built on helping, not bragging.
Stalk. We won’t harass you. We aren’t desperate. You can give us a call without fear of constant ‘follow up.’
Commission breath. You’ve smelled it before when dealing with salespeople. It’s the pressure. The ‘sign with me right now’ and the empty promises. You won’t get that with us.
Fudge the numbers. Many agents claim having hundreds of offices in their network is of benefit to you. Having multiple offices around Australia has no effect on your Brisbane property if your local agent is unskilled. Likewise, claiming to have multiple thousand ‘active buyers’ may sound good in theory, but in practice they are just old enquiries in a database being spammed with emails they don’t open.
How do we do it?
Winning strategy. Our sales system has been refined result by result. We can’t give away all of our secrets right here, but if you have read this far you should reach out so we can catch up.
Tech and Traditional. It’s a combination of tools that will get you the best result. We can show you how they will work together.
We work with the best. Photographers, videographers, print, design. We’ve tested them all over the years. Need a gardener? handyman? cleaner? tradesperson? We can co-ordinate this for you too.
Who do we help?
Everyone we can. We will catch up or have a chat on the phone to make sure we can help and that we are the right fit for each other. It is important if we are going to work closely together for months that we are all on the same page. If we aren’t - that’s okay too. No hard feelings.
Judgement free. We don’t judge you, your situation or your property. We excel in the difficult scenarios, and work with professionalism and discretion.

What are your neighbours saying?
If you are thinking of selling you should interview a few agents. Just make sure we are one of them.
Concerned about marketing costs?
Custom. We do not have one-size fits all (or one size fits the agent) marketing packages. Each property and target market is unique and each marketing campaign should be tailored as such. From the smallest local campaign to videography and national print we can design the perfect marketing campaign for you – and our supplier relationships ensure we get the best prices available. We are experts in online and social media marketing, and combining all methods for the best result.
Transparent. A little known fact of the industry is that many real estate agencies ‘pre-purchase’ marketing blocks, be it online or in print. The effect of this is rather than the agent designing the most effective campaign for your home, they are simply trying to recoup their own money that has already been spent. Do you want your agent pressuring you for a result so they can pay their bills? Or would you rather the best possible price that is achievable?
