Here’s the rewards:

1st referral = $500
2nd referral = $1,000
3rd referral = $1,500
4th referral = $2,000 

Each further referral = $2,000 

These levels have no expiry or time limit. Once you refer 4 sales you will receive $2,000 per further referral.

There is no difference to our awesome service (you can see our reviews) – you just get a nice bonus for spreading the word!

What is the definition of a referral?

A referral is a person / persons whose details you provide to us that we make contact with - list, market and sell their property - which continues through to successful settlement.

How does it work?

Refer us, we sell the property, you get paid. There is a linked form below which is an easy way for you to send over referral details. You can also call, text or email through anyone you think we may be able to help.

We aren’t asking you to tell people we are the best agents in the whole world (though you can if you want to) – just mention us and let us make contact. That’s it. It is recommended that homeowners get two or three opinions prior to selling, we’d just like to be one of those opinions.

When do I get paid?

Within 14 days of settlement of the referred property.

How do I get paid?

Via direct bank transfer so that we can get your bonus to you ASAP. No points, no gift cards – just real money.

I’ve got someone to refer but they aren’t ready to sell yet?

That’s okay. It’s a big decision. If you refer a person and they are just getting a price update, no problem at all. If we sell the property 3 years down the road we will still honour the referral bonus.

Can I refer myself?

Cheeky. No, that’s not really in the spirit of the offer.

Can I refer my brother / sister / mother / father etc?

Absolutely.

My friend is already on the market, can I refer you?

Maybe. We don’t interfere with other agents listings - that’s against our ethics. However if this person has been on the market for some time without a result or they aren’t satisfied with the service they are receiving we are happy to help.

I don’t want the referral bonus. Is that okay?

Of course. We are happy to pay the referral bonus to a charity, school, community group or similar on your behalf. One of our regular referrers has us donate her bonuses to the Animal Welfare League of QLD.

Can I refer a buyer?

No, at this stage we are only accepting seller referrals.

Can we refer as a household to get our numbers up faster?

Yes. Immediate family as in ‘Mr and Mr Jones of 1 Smith St’ will be counted as one for the purpose of bonus levels.
