Put aside a weekend and go to town on the outside of the house.

What should you pressure wash? Everything. Anything that can take water, you should wash.

Just remember to test the pressure on softer surfaces. I did have a client shred his awnings when he got carried away.

The most noticeable areas that are going to show up the biggest difference are driveways, external patios, your gutter on the house, but also the gutter along the front of the road will make a huge difference.

The beauty of this is you only have to do it once.
